The Full Review
When we took the Samsonite Ballistic Nylon Wheeled Computer Case 1680 Denier of the box, our first reaction was "this is
luggage!" The reason for that assessment is that this bag is bigger than most of the other ones we've reviewed in the past.
However,
we're not saying this is bad thing, especially if you're someone looking for a large, wheeled computer case.
This bad boy is constructed with ballistic nylon, which was first developed for use in bullet-proof jackets, so you know it's tough and will
withstand a lot of punishment.
This wheeled computer case has so many features we didn't know where to start. The front pocket opens wide and features the ususal
assortment of pockets for business cards, pens, a cell phone, maybe an MP3 player, and more. This is the most accessible pocket, so it's
perfect for the little things you'll want to be able to access quickly.
The next section of the bag has the requisite 3-file divider to keep files and papers organized. Also in this section is a selection of three
removable zippered accessory pouches. These are kept in place with velcro. Two are the size and shape that look just like
CD/DVD-holders, which we imagine

would be a good thing to keep in there. Of course you can use them to carry anything that would fit in them, and that you'd want to have
in its own separate, detachable holder. The third accessory pouch is rectangular in shape and measures about 4"x12" and looks like a great
place for pens, and other office supplies, or could be used to hold toiletries as well.
The middle pocket is where the notebook is stored. It's a massive pocket which has three inner velcro-closing pockets. The
notebook itself receives extra protection from a padded, removable computer sleeve. It's a mini case in itself, which is nice if you want
to take just your notebook to a meeting, and not the whole bag. At the same time, using this for regular storage means an extra step (and
extra zipper) to get your computer in and out of the bag.
The final storage area is a place to keep a small amount of clothing for an overnight trip. This section features garment restraints and two
elastic-top gusseted pockets. This makes the bag a great all-in-one for business travellers on a short trip who only want to carry one bag
for all of their needs.
The telescoping, locking handle tucks right into its own zippered pocket, and is completely enclosed when not in use. This wheeled computer
carrying case utilizes in-line skate wheels for easy handling, and are very low profile.
The Samsonite Ballistic Nylon Wheeled Computer Case is a great basic case for any business traveller looking for a case that
will withstand the rigors of heavy use, and who need lots of room for more than just their computer. It's a solid offering, from a
company that has been making luggage for many years.
